This template is based on three different employee handbooks that I’ve written or helped write in various companies that I’ve been. 

The idea is to give you:

  • a proven starting point

  • some points to touch on, and

  • a structure to follow.

Much is left blank, but here and there I’ve left some bits in for inspiration.
